Our core service. We ingest your lab results, map parameters to your permit requirements, apply EPA-standard calculation methods, and produce submission-ready Discharge Monitoring Reports every reporting period.
Every DMR is built against your specific permit limits and monitoring requirements. We calculate monthly averages, weekly averages, daily maximums and minimums, pollutant loads, geometric means for bacteria, and percent removal for BOD and TSS.
We submit your completed DMRs directly to EPA's NetDMR system as your authorized agent. No more logging in, hand-entering values, and hoping you didn't transpose a digit.
Authorization is set up through the standard EPA delegation process, fully CROMERR-compliant. You retain final review and approval authority—nothing gets submitted until you say so. After submission, you receive a confirmation with the NetDMR transaction receipt.
If a parameter approaches or exceeds permit limits, we flag it immediately during data processing—well before the submission deadline. This gives you time to investigate, resample if appropriate, and prepare any required notifications to the state.
We also track parameters trending toward limits (above 80% of the limit value) so you can take corrective action before an actual exceedance occurs.
